Diet Books

Atkins Diet. A low carbohydrate diet devised by the late Dr. Robert Atkins.

Blood Type Diet. A variety of diet plans based around your blood type.

Cabbage Soup Diets. A diet based on the consumption of unlimited amounts of cabbage soup.

Grapefruit Diets. A number of diets based on the special calorie burning properies of grapefruit.

Protein Power Diet. A high protein, low carbohydrate diet similar to the Atkins Diet.

Scarsdale Medical Diet. A diet devised by the late Dr. Herman Tarnower and Samm Sinclair-Baker.

The South Beach Diet. The South Beach Diet was developed by Dr Agaston, an American cardiologist, who was trying to create a diet to improve the heart health of his patients.
