Does WiiFit help with weight loss?

There are elements of WiiFit that will help you lose weight while some are just for fun. If you make sure that you do some cardio work (the running, boxing even the hula hoop) and some stretching this will help. A lot of the balance games also help improve your core muscle strength which is something worth doing as well. Also try Wii Sports as there are a few games here where you can burn quite a few calories if you really try.
